Shipping policy

Last updated: March 2026

Elvia Group provides reliable, business-focused supply and logistics coordination across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and selected international markets.

This policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Because Elvia Group operates as a procurement intermediary, products may be supplied directly by approved manufacturers, distributors, or logistics partners.

Processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on:

  • product type
  • supplier availability
  • order volume
  • logistics arrangements

Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched by the relevant supplier or logistics partner, confirmation will be issued where applicable.

2. Delivery Regions

Elvia Group currently supplies:

  • United States
  • United Arab Emirates
  • GCC region
  • Selected European destinations (upon request)

For international or multi-site deliveries, shipping arrangements may vary depending on supplier logistics capabilities and regional regulations.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • supplier production schedules
  • order volume
  • logistics arrangements
  • destination location

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation process where applicable.

Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and not guaranteed.

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to supplier lead times, logistics arrangements, or customs clearance procedures.

4. Bulk & Contract Orders

For procurement contracts, palletized shipments, or recurring supply agreements:

  • delivery schedules may be agreed in advance
  • lead times may vary depending on production volume
  • dedicated logistics arrangements may apply

Elvia Group works directly with procurement teams and suppliers to maintain continuity of supply for essential consumables.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • delivery location
  • order size and weight
  • freight method
  • contractual agreements

For bulk orders or long-term supply agreements, preferential logistics arrangements may apply.

Final shipping costs will be confirmed before order confirmation.

6. Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international deliveries may be arranged under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms® 2020.

Under DAP terms, Elvia Group coordinates delivery of goods to the agreed destination. The customer may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance requirements, or regulatory obligations unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, invoice, or supply agreement.

Specific delivery terms may vary depending on supplier arrangements and will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice, or contractual documentation.

7. Risk & Title

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery location.

Customers are responsible for:

  • inspecting goods upon receipt
  • reporting visible damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • ensuring appropriate storage conditions following delivery

Failure to report delivery issues within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for product claims.

8. Supplier Fulfilment

Many products supplied by Elvia Group are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or approved logistics partners.

Elvia Group coordinates procurement and supply but may not physically handle or warehouse all goods supplied.

Shipping timelines and logistics arrangements may therefore be subject to the supplier’s operational processes.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

While Elvia Group works with reliable suppliers and logistics partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • regulatory inspections
  • supplier delays
  • transportation disruptions
  • weather events
  • global supply chain disruptions

Elvia Group is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

10. Shipping Address Notice

Elvia Group’s registered office and administrative addresses listed on this website or in company documentation are not shipping or warehouse locations.

Goods must not be shipped to these addresses unless explicitly authorized in writing by Elvia Group.

Where goods require return or inspection, Elvia Group or the relevant supplier will provide the appropriate return location and logistics instructions.
